# Agreements and contracts

> Review service agreements, current and historical balances, and PDFs shared by your MSP.

Open **Agreements** or **Contracts** to review your service agreement records, available balances, and uploaded documents. Your MSP must enable this area and give you access.

The name depends on the connected PSA: ConnectWise uses **Agreements**; Halo and Autotask use **Contracts**. If ConnectWise is also enabled, the portal uses Agreements.

Agreement terms and balances come from the connected provider. The portal’s document section holds the PDFs uploaded by your MSP. These screens do not create or edit the underlying PSA agreement, renew it, record a signature, or take a payment.

    MSP staff with the necessary write access manage the documents. Company users can open the documents they are allowed to read.
