# Open an agreement PDF

> Find uploaded agreement documents by year and version, then open the PDF you need.

Open **Agreements** or **Contracts**, select the agreement row, and select **Documents** to find the PDFs your MSP uploaded for that record.

Company users can open the documents they have permission to read. Uploading, replacing, and deleting documents are MSP tasks.

| Failed to open document | Try the Download icon again and ask your MSP to verify the file and your access if it continues. |
| Nothing opens | Check whether the browser blocked the new tab, then retry. |
| A previously copied file link has expired | Return to Documents and use Download again to request a new link. |
| A previous version is missing | Your MSP may have replaced that year’s versions or deleted the file. Ask it for the version you need. |
