# Find and review an agreement

> Find a service agreement or contract and review its Summary, Balances, and Documents tabs.

Select **Agreements** or **Contracts** in the sidebar to review the records available to you. Your MSP controls whether this area is enabled and which company records you can read.

**Audience:** Company users and MSP staff.

## Find the record

<Steps>
  <Step title="Check the company and filters">
    If you have a company selector, choose the intended company. Use the table’s **Name**, **Type**, and **Status** filters to narrow the list. MSP staff can also use the **Company** column.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review the row">
    Check **Name**, the contract number when supplied, **Type**, **Status**, **Start Date**, **End Date**, and **Billing**. The row also summarizes available balances and the number of uploaded **Documents**.

    Use the column controls and pagination as needed. The page-size options are 25, 50, and 100 records.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open the agreement">
    Select the row to open its detail panel. It starts on **Summary**, with the status, number, dates, and billing amount and cycle when supplied.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review the other tabs">
    Select **Balances** for current and historical usage information, or **Documents** for the uploaded PDFs. Close the panel to return to the list. Changing company scope closes the current panel.
  </Step>
</Steps>

The summary is a synchronized record, not an editable contract form. If an amount, date, status, or company is incorrect, ask your MSP to check the source agreement and synchronization.

## When details are incomplete

If **Some details could not be loaded** appears, the panel can still show the summary from the list. Do not treat that fallback as a fully loaded balance history or document list. Close and reopen after the problem is resolved, or contact your MSP.

A dash means a value is unavailable in that view; it does not establish a zero price or balance. Check the source agreement or your MSP before relying on billing figures.
