# PSA Integration

> Connect your PSA to sync companies, tickets, and contacts

The PSA Integration step connects MSPortal to your Professional Services Automation system. This enables automatic synchronization of companies, contacts, tickets, and more.

  This step only appears if you selected that you need a PSA integration in the Integration Selection step.

## What Gets Synced

Depending on your PSA, MSPortal can sync:

* **Companies** - Your client list with details
* **Contacts** - Client contacts and their information
* **Tickets** - Support tickets and their status
* **Time Entries** - Billable time tracking
* **Contracts/Agreements** - Service agreements

## Steps to Complete

    Click **Go to Settings** in the onboarding wizard. You'll be taken to the setup page for your selected PSA.

  <Step title="Enter API Credentials">
    Provide the API credentials required by your PSA. Each PSA has different requirements.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Test Connection">
    Click **Test Connection** to verify your credentials work correctly.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Configure Sync Settings">
    Choose what data to sync and how often.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Start Initial Sync">
    Click **Connect** or **Save** to activate the integration. An initial sync will begin automatically.

## Auto-Completion

This step is **automatically marked as complete** when:

* An active PSA integration exists for your tenant

## Initial Sync Time

<Warning>
  The initial sync may take several minutes depending on the amount of data in your PSA. The next step (Ticket Settings) will wait for the sync to complete before becoming available.
