# Find and review invoices

> Filter the invoice list, understand synchronized fields, and add an invoice to an existing meeting agenda.

Open **Invoices** from the sidebar. You need invoice-viewing access assigned by your MSP. If you can switch companies, check the company selection before looking for a record.

## Find an invoice

1. Use the **Invoice #** filter to find its invoice number.
2. Narrow the list with available **Reference**, **Apply To**, **PO #**, **Type**, **Status**, **Company**, or invoice-date filters.
3. Use the column-visibility control to show a field that is hidden. Some columns are only offered when the connected source supplies data for them.
4. Use supported column headings to sort. The initial sort is invoice number descending, which is not necessarily newest invoice date first.
5. Move between pages or change the page size to see more records.
6. Select the invoice number or **... > View PDF** to [open its document](/user-guides/invoices/download-invoices).

The Company column can be hidden when a single company is selected. **Apply To**, when available, describes the related agreement or other source item; it is not a button to apply a payment.

## Read the fields

* **Total** is the synchronized invoice total; **Balance** is the available amount remaining.
* **Payments**, **Subtotal**, **Sales Tax**, **Terms**, **Bill To**, and **PO #** provide additional source details when populated.
* **Status**, **Sent**, and **Synced** reflect the source data supplied to the portal. A status label alone does not establish that a new payment has settled.
* **Due Date** can highlight an overdue invoice with a remaining balance. Check the source document and current balance when investigating it.

The list does not let you edit amounts, change payment status, void an invoice, or send it again. Contact the MSP about corrections or source updates.

## If an invoice is missing

Clear the relevant filters, check the company selection, and move through the pages. Your MSP may exclude particular source invoice statuses from the portal. The invoice may also be waiting for synchronization or company mapping.

An empty list does not prove there are no invoices in the source system. If you expect a specific invoice, give the MSP its invoice number and company so they can check access, source settings, and synchronization.

## Add an invoice to a meeting

When your account can add agenda items:

1. Open the invoice row's **... > Add to Meeting**.
2. Review the invoice shown in **Items to add**.
3. Choose an existing upcoming meeting from **Select meeting**.
4. Select **Add to agenda** and wait for the success message.
5. Open the meeting to confirm that the invoice appears on its agenda.

For several invoices, select the intended rows and use **Actions > Add to Meeting**. Check the selected items and destination company carefully. Opening the dialog or selecting a meeting does not save the agenda item; **Cancel** closes it without adding the item.

If no suitable meeting is offered, create or arrange the meeting first, then return. This dialog does not create a new meeting, pay the invoice, or send the invoice to recipients.
