# Add Cork findings to a meeting agenda

> Bring same-company events or vulnerabilities into an upcoming meeting for review.

**Audience:** Users with Security read access and permission to add Calendar agenda items. The menu's visibility does not by itself grant Calendar write access; your MSP manages your permissions.

## Choose the findings and meeting

1. Open **Security > Compliance** or **Security > Vulnerabilities**.
2. Select same-company rows from the loaded results.
3. Open the bulk-actions menu and choose **Add to Meeting**.
4. Review **Items to add** and the company shown in the dialog.
5. Use **Select Meeting** to choose an available upcoming meeting.
6. Review the **Current Agenda**, then select **Add to Agenda**.
7. Wait for success and verify the items in the meeting agenda.

This creates an agenda entry for each selected finding. It does not create a new meeting, resolve an event, or remediate a vulnerability. Opening the dialog and selecting a meeting do not save agenda items; **Add to Agenda** performs the write.

The same meeting workflow is available for same-company Cork records in [Security Endpoints](/user-guides/security/find-endpoints). Verify the Source before using it: the current endpoint shortcut uses Cork links for every selected row, so do not rely on it for Acronis or mixed-provider selections. [EDR incidents](/user-guides/security/follow-up-edr-incidents) use a separate text-agenda workflow.

## If a meeting or finding is missing

The selector loads up to 50 upcoming meetings, ordered by start time, for the selected company. Past meetings and meetings from other companies are not offered by this picker. Ask the MSP or meeting organizer to check access, company assignment, and the meeting's start time.

Only source items shown in the dialog will be added. If the selection includes records from other pages, verify the item list rather than relying on the header's selection count. Correct unmapped company records before linking them to a meeting.

Recheck the selected meeting and company each time you open the dialog. After an error, inspect the actual agenda before retrying so you do not unintentionally add duplicates. A failed agenda preview is not proof that the meeting has no existing items.

## Company and MSP follow-up

Company users can ask their MSP to include the finding in a review meeting. For a new support request, use the [Home AI Assistant](/user-guides/ticketing/open-a-ticket) and confirm the request when prompted. MSP staff can also [create linked Planner work](/user-guides/security/add-to-planner) when the finding needs tracked action beyond the meeting.
