# Read CyberHoot company summaries

> Review company compliance, learner coverage, Hoot Score, and sync information in Security Awareness.

**Audience:** Company users and MSP staff with Security Awareness read access. Your MSP must connect CyberHoot and map its customers to companies you can access.

## Review your company

1. Open **Security > Security Awareness**.
2. Confirm the main company selection and wait for **CyberHoot security awareness** to load.
3. Review the summary cards, then find the company in the table or cards below.
4. If more than six mapped entries are available, select **Show all … companies**. Select **Show fewer companies** to collapse the list again.
5. Read the individual compliance categories before deciding what needs follow-up.

On a wide screen, the company table shows Hoot Score, HootRank, and compliance categories. On a narrower screen, company cards also show the source customer name, active status, learner counts, and any HootPhish badge. The layout changes with screen width.

## Understand the summary cards

| Card | Meaning |
| ------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Mapped companies | Number of mapped CyberHoot customer entries returned for the selected scope. Multiple customer entries can represent the same portal company. |
| Active learners | Sum of the entries' supplied active-user counts. If any entry lacks that count, the total is Not provided. |
| Average Hoot Score | Simple average of supplied company scores, excluding missing scores. It is not weighted by learner count. |
| Phishing compliance | Simple average of supplied company phishing-compliance percentages, excluding missing values. It is not the percentage of all individual learners who passed. |

The cards describe the full selected scope, including entries hidden behind **Show all … companies**. Searching HootPhish challenges below does not filter these company cards.

**Last synced** is the most recent available timestamp among the returned company entries. It does not certify that every company or every participant result was synced at that time. Ask your MSP to inspect provider sync information when freshness matters.

## Read the compliance categories

The company view separates **Policy compliance**, **Video compliance**, **Survey compliance**, **Phishing compliance**, **ZAC foundational compliance**, **ZAC training compliance**, **Required CustomHoot compliance**, and **Optional CustomHoot compliance**. Read the category name and company before comparing values.

Hoot Score is a score and HootRank is the provider's rank label. A dash or **Not provided** means missing information, not a failing score or 0%. A 100% value in one category does not establish that every other category is complete.

These are imported summaries. This view has no date-range/history control, CSV export, learner editing, assignment, or reminder action. To inspect a campaign, continue to [HootPhish challenges](/user-guides/security/read-hootphish-challenges).

## Missing data and help

**No mapped CyberHoot companies** means there are no returned company entries for this scope. Company users should ask their MSP to check access, customer mapping, and sync status. MSP staff can review the [CyberHoot integration](/user-guides/integrations/enable-cyberhoot-integration).

For **CyberHoot data could not be loaded**, select **Try again**. That retries loading the summaries and challenges; it does not start a provider sync. If the error continues, report it through the [Home AI Assistant](/user-guides/ticketing/open-a-ticket), review the prepared request, and confirm it.
