# View and share a training certificate

> Find a certificate for completed training, download it, and use the available sharing options.

**Audience:** Company learners and MSP staff accessing their own training certificates.

A certificate becomes available for eligible completed training. Finish the course's required content and assessments first. A progress percentage or preview alone is not a certificate.

## Find your certificate

<Steps>
  <Step title="Find the completed course">
    Open **Training Menu > Course Library**. In **Filters > Visibility**, enable **Show completed courses**, then find the course.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open the certificate">
    Select **View Certificate** when it appears on the course card. An assigned learning path can also show **View Certificate** beside the completed course. Immediately after completion, the result dialog can provide **View & Share**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Check the details">
    Review your name, the course, completion details, and certificate number. If something is incorrect, ask your MSP to investigate the training record.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Download a copy

On the certificate page, select **Download**. The download is a PNG image of the certificate. Wait for the download to complete and open the file to check it. If generation or downloading fails, retry later and give your MSP the certificate number and error message.

## Share a certificate

The **Share your achievement** area provides a certificate link and **Copy** button. Copy the link when you want to send it yourself.

Available sharing controls include LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and email. Review the certificate details and destination before sharing. Email opens your email application with a prepared message; review the recipient and content before sending. Social sharing can require signing in to that service and completing its confirmation steps.

<Note>
  Certificate sharing is optional. A share link is intended for people outside the portal, so only share a certificate when you intend its achievement details to be visible to recipients.
