# Read a Breach Secure Now learner's risk details

> Open the BSN detail panel and review security posture, training, simulations, exposure, and account information.

**Audience:** Company users and MSP staff with Security Awareness read access and a mapped Breach Secure Now learner in their permitted company scope. Your MSP handles user administration and provider changes.

## Open the detail panel

1. Open the [security awareness learner table](/user-guides/training/read-awareness-status).
2. Filter **Provider** to **Breach Secure Now**, then find the learner using **User** and the company selection.
3. Select the learner's row. Check the name, email, and company at the top of the panel before reading the figures.
4. Scroll through the five sections below. Close the panel when finished.

The panel uses the learner data already loaded by the table. Opening it is not a fresh provider sync. After changing company scope, close the old panel and select the intended learner again.

## Read the five sections

| Section | Information shown |
| -------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Security posture | Employee Secure Score, security training score, micro training score, and policy acknowledgment dates. |
| Training progress | Completed versus available security courses, micro trainings, and additional courses; completion percentages and latest activity dates. |
| Phishing simulations | Emails sent and clicked, fail rate, captured credentials, and phishes caught. |
| Dark web exposure | Breach count, last breach date, remediated breaches, and completed remediation training. |
| Account and delivery | Role, tag, product, creation and login dates, welcome-message state, micro-training delivery, and positive opt-in. |

Badges can indicate **Locked**, bouncing email, micro-training opt-out, or enrollment in an active phishing campaign. **Active** is not a verified sign-in test: the display also uses it when no inactive value was supplied.

A dash means the field was not supplied. Some count fields can display zero when imported values are absent. Scores, simulation outcomes, policy acknowledgments, and breach remediation are different measures; one does not substitute for another.

## Act on a concern

If breach or phishing-click counts are positive, the panel advises reviewing the latest event in Breach Secure Now before remediation. It does not show the full event history or provide a direct remediation action.

Company users should start with the [Home AI Assistant](/user-guides/ticketing/open-a-ticket). Identify the provider and learner, describe the concern, and review and confirm the request. Do not include passwords or captured credentials.

MSP staff should verify the company mapping, source event, and latest provider information before arranging follow-up. Use the provider's authorized administration workflow to unlock an account, change delivery preferences, assign training, or perform remediation. Nothing in this read-only panel saves those changes, sends a message, or marks an exposure resolved.
