Creating Goals from Surveys

Goals can be automatically created from survey responses:
  1. Navigate to Surveys module
  2. Review survey responses
  3. Select feedback requiring action
  4. Click “Create Goal from Feedback”
  5. Goal is pre-populated with context from survey

Goal Properties

Essential Information

  • Title: Clear, actionable goal statement
  • Description: Detailed context and requirements
  • Category: Organizational grouping
  • Priority: High, Medium, or Low
  • Status: Planning, In Progress, Completed, On Hold
  • Due Date: Target completion date

Tracking Fields

  • Progress Percentage: 0-100% completion
  • Milestones: Key checkpoints
