Creating & Managing Items

Quick Add

Create new planner items directly from the interface:
  1. Click the + New Item button
  2. Select item type (Goal, Compliance, Device, Project, Opportunity)
  3. Fill in details (title, dates, assignee, priority)
  4. Save to add to timeline

Item Properties

  • Title & Description: Clear identification and details
  • Date Range: Start and end dates for timeline placement
  • Assignment: Responsible person or team
  • Priority: Critical, High, Medium, Low
  • Company: Associated client company
  • Status: Track progress and completion

Drag & Drop

Easily reschedule items by dragging them on the timeline:
