MSP Tools brings together the operational evidence your team uses to manage client relationships. Use it to identify risk, investigate service changes, track required standards, and understand account economics.

Client Health

Evidence-aware health scores across eight dimensions, with coverage, risk classification, manual flags, and company trends.

Ticket Trends

Compare ticket periods, identify recurring issues, and produce action-oriented service desk analysis.

Standards

Define required technology standards and track deployment across every company.

Financial Reporting

Review managed revenue, support effort, seat economics, and profitability evidence by company.

How the tools work together

  • Client Health combines observed service, engagement, financial, sales, project, standards, environment, and operational evidence into one portfolio view.
  • Ticket Trends helps you investigate the ticket patterns behind Service Quality results and prepare client-facing talking points.
  • Standards supplies the required-check deployment percentage used by the Standards dimension.
  • Financial Reporting supplies the profitability evidence used by the Financial dimension.
  • Planner items, goals, and compliance assignments contribute to the Operational dimension when real due-date or progress evidence exists.
Missing data is not treated as healthy. Client Health reduces evidence coverage when a source or metric is unavailable, and shows Limited data instead of a numeric score when the evidence is too thin.

Data sources

Each tool only uses data that is connected, mapped to the company, current enough for the calculation, and sufficient for the metric. A tenant-wide integration alone is not proof that a specific company has evidence.

Refresh schedule

Client Health publishes a complete scorecard each day at 2:00 AM UTC. The dashboard, company detail, export, and history all read from that same published scorecard. You can click Refresh Scores on the Client Health page after repairing an integration, updating a company mapping, changing scoring configuration, or making standards and operational changes that should be reflected immediately. Ticket Trends prepares its weekly company aggregates on Monday before the next Client Health refresh. Other MSP Tools data follows the sync schedule of its source integration.
