Audience: Company users and MSP staff. Your notifications and available actions depend on your access. An approval requires an authorized reviewer; seeing a notification does not grant permission to approve it. Open Notifications in the sidebar, or use the bell in the portal header for recent items.

Read and manage notifications

Filter alerts, open related records, and mark items read.

Review automation approvals

Assigned reviewers: inspect content, make a decision, and check its status.

Two different tasks

The notification badge counts unread alerts. The approval badge counts pending requests. Reading an alert does not approve, reject, or complete the related workflow.
