Open the relevant item in your onboarding portal. Your provider chooses which meetings, training, surveys, and pages appear for your contact.

Join a scheduled meeting

  1. Open the meeting task and check its displayed date, time, and duration.
  2. Select Add to Calendar to download a calendar file, then open or import that file in your calendar application.
  3. When it is time to attend, select Join Meeting if the provider supplied a meeting link.
The link opens the meeting service in a new tab. Downloading a calendar file does not send an RSVP, reschedule the meeting, or mark the onboarding task complete. If the task says your provider will schedule the meeting, the date has not been supplied yet. If a date is shown without Join Meeting, ask your provider for the location or joining instructions.

Open training content

For video training, watch the embedded video when available or select Open Video to open the original link. Supported video links may display an embedded player; other links open the provider’s video page. For In-Person Training, read the instructions and attend the arranged session. If the task says training content will be provided, ask your provider when it will be ready. Watching a video or opening its link does not by itself confirm task completion. If the task remains open after you finish and offers no completion action, ask your provider to confirm the completion. Onboarding training is separate from the portal’s course library and My Training.

Submit a linked survey

Some form tasks contain a linked survey instead of an onboarding form with a Save Form button.
1

Read and answer the questions

Open the task and complete its displayed questions. Required questions must have an answer; select all applicable choices where multiple selections are supported.
2

Submit the response

Select Submit Form. Answers are not submitted as you type. Correct any required-field error and submit again.
3

Check completion

Wait for Form completed or Form completed on with a date. The completed view does not expose an edit or resubmit control.
If the task says no form is linked, your provider needs to finish its setup. For a form with Save Form, Entry badges, or One More, follow complete tasks and forms.

Read reference pages

Find the pages your provider included in the workspace. Select a page title to expand its article, then select it again to collapse it. These pages contain reference information, such as a welcome guide or support instructions. Reading a page does not submit a response, sign a document, or complete a task. Company contacts do not edit these pages; tell your provider if the content needs updating.

Frequently asked questions

The Company meeting task displays the schedule and joining details. It does not provide a reschedule action. Contact your provider to request a change.
It downloads a calendar file. Your calendar application handles opening or importing it; check that the event was added there.
The meeting may not be scheduled, or the provider may not have supplied a meeting URL. Ask for the joining instructions or physical location.
The onboarding video task does not provide a course-certificate action. Certificates for eligible courses belong to the separate training course workflow.
Save Form saves an onboarding form and can support editing entries or adding more. A linked survey uses Submit Form and then displays a completed message. Follow the controls on your task.
The completed survey view does not offer an edit button. Ask your provider how to correct a response.
No. Reference pages are read-only articles without an acknowledgement action. Complete any separate task or approval that your provider requests.
