See which role and companies your account has, and what to do when a page or action is missing. This page is for company users. Your IT provider manages permissions.

Before you start

  • Every signed-in user can open Settings > User Settings and see their own access.
  • Your role decides which actions you can take. Your company access decides which companies’ records you can work with.
  • A menu item can be visible while its Create, Edit, Delete, or Export actions are not.

Find your role and permissions

1

Open User Settings

Go to Settings > User Settings. The profile summary near the top shows your assigned role.
2

Open permission details

In the Access card, click View details beside Permissions. The Your Permissions drawer opens.
3

Read your permissions

The drawer groups permissions under Main Navigation, MSP Tools, Settings, and Other. Each module shows badges such as Read, Write, Manage, Create, Edit, Delete, or Export. Viewing and making changes can need different permissions.
4

Close the drawer

Close it when you are done. This screen is read-only and does not edit your role.
View details button used to open the permissions summary.

Check your company access

1

Open the company list

In the Access card, click the company count beside Company access, for example 3 companies. The Company Access drawer opens.
2

Find your company

The drawer lists the companies available to you. If the company you need is missing, ask your MSP to review your company assignment.
Where the portal shows a company selector, check the selected company before you open a record. A role can allow a module while your company assignment still limits the records you see.

Request a permission change

1

Collect the details

Note the module, the action you need, the affected company, and what happens now. For example, “I can view tickets for our company, but I need permission to create a new ticket.” Add the page address or the exact error message.
2

Send the request

Contact your MSP. If you can create tickets, open a support request. If you cannot reach the portal or the ticket form, use your IT provider’s usual support channel.

Client Health and scoring access

Client Health and Health Score Configuration are MSP tools. Company users, including Company administrators, cannot open the Client Health dashboard, set manual risk flags, or change scoring. Ask your MSP to explain a health assessment.
