This guide is for company learners and MSP staff who completed their own training. A certificate is issued when you finish a course’s required content and pass any assessment.

Before you start

  • Complete the course, including any quiz. A progress percentage or a preview does not issue a certificate.
  • Completed courses are hidden from the library by default, so you turn on a filter to see them.

Open your certificate

1

Open the course library

Open Training > Training Menu > Course Library.
2

Show completed courses

Click Filters. Under Visibility, select Show completed courses, then click Apply Filters.
3

Click View Certificate

Find the course and click View Certificate on its card. In the small grid view the button reads Certificate. On an assigned learning path, View Certificate also appears beside each completed course.
4

Check the details

The certificate shows your name, the course, the completion date, the certificate number, and your final score when the course has one. If something is wrong, ask your MSP to check your training record.
Right after you finish a course, the result dialog can also offer View & Share, which opens the same certificate. The name and logo at the top come from your MSP’s certificate branding setting. The certificate shows either your MSP’s branding or your own company’s name and logo.

Download a copy

1

Open the certificate

Use the steps above.
2

Click Download

Find Download in the Share your achievement area. The file is a PNG image named certificate- followed by the certificate number.
3

Open the file to check it

If the download fails, try again later. If it keeps failing, send your MSP the certificate number and the error message.

Share a certificate

1

Copy the link

In Share your achievement, click Copy to copy the certificate link. Paste it where you want to send it.
2

Or share to a service

Click LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), or Email. Social services may ask you to sign in first. Email opens your email app with a prepared message, so check the recipient before you send.
The certificate link opens a public page. Anyone with the link can see your name, the course, and the completion details without signing in. Share it only with people you want to see it.
