Audience: MSP staff with Microsoft 365 management permission. Read access alone does not expose Export CSV. Company users can ask their MSP for an export.

Download a CSV

  1. Open Cloud > Posture > Secure Score and confirm the company scope.
  2. Choose Needs attention, Addressed or All.
  3. Apply the column filters for the records you need.
  4. Select Export CSV and wait for the browser download.
  5. Open the file in a spreadsheet application and check the company, statuses and rows before using it.
The export contains the filtered loaded rows across table pages. It is not limited to checked rows or just the current 20-row page. The reader loads at most 5,000 controls for the selected scope; it cannot export records it has not loaded. Export one company at a time when reviewing a large portfolio.

CSV fields

The English export has these ten fields, even if some corresponding columns are hidden in the table: The CSV is table data. It does not include remediation text, detail history, summary cards or a provider PDF. Use Read a Secure Score control for supporting evidence.
