The Tenant Details step configures the foundational information about your MSP. This information appears on invoices, reports, and throughout the portal.

What You’ll Configure

  • Company Name - Your MSP’s business name
  • Business Address - Street address, city, state/province, and postal code
  • Timezone - Your primary operating timezone
  • Billing Email - Where billing notifications are sent

Steps to Complete

Navigate to Tenant Settings

Click Go to Settings in the onboarding wizard, or go to Settings > Tenant from the sidebar.

Enter Company Information

Fill in your company name and billing email address.

Add Your Address

Enter your complete business address. Start typing to use the address autocomplete feature.

Set Your Timezone

Select your timezone from the dropdown. This affects how dates and times are displayed throughout the portal.

Save Changes

Click Save Changes at the bottom of the form.

Auto-Completion

This step is automatically marked as complete when you have:
  • Entered an address (at minimum: street address and city)
  • Selected a timezone
The address you enter here will be used on invoices and client-facing reports. Make sure it’s your official business address.
