What Gets Synced
Depending on your PSA, MSPortal can sync:- Companies - Your client list with details
- Contacts - Client contacts and their information
- Tickets - Support tickets and their status
- Time Entries - Billable time tracking
- Contracts/Agreements - Service agreements
Steps to Complete
Navigate to Integration Setup
Click Go to Settings in the onboarding wizard. You’ll be taken to the setup page for your selected PSA.
Enter API Credentials
Provide the API credentials required by your PSA. Each PSA has different requirements.
