Turn on the courses your clients should see and assign them to the right people. This page is for MSP staff with Training settings access. The Training step in Launch Center is optional.

Before you start

  • You need write access to Training settings to enable courses, and Training write or manage access to create learning paths.
  • Premium courses use the Bigger Brains catalog. They are available only to companies that have Premium training turned on. See Enable training.
  • Know which companies and users should take training first.
  • If your organization uses the direct Bigger Brains experience, Settings > Training does not appear and you manage training in the Training module.

Enable courses

Open the step

In Launch Center, select Training foundation in the Training phase of Setup guide. It shows the course table from Settings > Training. In this step, your change applies to your whole organization.

Find the courses

Use the search box and the column filters for Type, category, Duration, and Enabled. Type shows Included, Premium, or Custom.

Turn them on

Click the Enabled switch on each course you want, or tick several rows and choose Enable Selected. The change saves right away and a message confirms it. There is no Save button.

Preview a course (optional)

Open a row menu and choose Preview Course. The course opens in a new tab. A staff preview does not prove a client has access.
To enable courses for a single company later, open Settings > Training, choose that company in the company selector, and turn courses on. See Training settings.

Assign a learning path

Open Learning Paths

Go to Training > Learning Paths. Check the company selector first.

Create the path

Click Create Learning Path. Enter a title and optional description, and choose the company, or the tenant-wide option when available.

Pick the courses

On Courses, tick the courses to include. Use only courses that are enabled for the companies you are assigning.

Pick the learners

On Assignments, choose Users or User Groups, select the targets, and add them to the assigned list.

Save

Click Create Learning Path. Reopen the path and confirm the courses and the assigned learners.

Check launch readiness

In Launch Center, open Live verification. Both are blocking when your plan includes training. Enabling a course in the catalog is not the same as assigning it, and a saved path is not the same as an assignment. These checks do not prove anyone watched a lesson, passed a quiz, or got a reminder.
