Audience: MSP staff with Client Health read access. Company portal users are redirected to Home; this is not a Company self-service dashboard. Open MSP Tools > Client Health. The page uses a published scorecard and your accessible company scope. It is not a live check of every device or service.

Choose companies to review

  1. Use the top Company selector for the available Global, assigned or individual company scope.
  2. Use the table’s Company filter to select companies within that scope.
  3. When available, use Company type and Filter by Role to narrow the companies further. Role choices identify company role holders, not permissions granted to the person viewing this page.
  4. Read the table’s matching count and use pagination to inspect additional results. The table loads 50 companies per page.
Several choices within one filter can match; different filters must match together. For example, the selected company must be in scope and match a chosen type and a chosen role/person. No matching combination produces an empty result, not a fallback to every company. Changing the top company scope clears the company, type and role selections. Risk and Limited data filters can remain active; check them if the new scope looks unexpectedly empty.

Filter risk or Limited data

Select a Thriving, Healthy, At Risk or Critical summary chip or colored distribution segment to filter the table. Selecting that same risk again clears it. The table’s Risk Level filter can select multiple levels. Select Limited data to find companies without enough evidence for an overall numeric score. Selecting it again clears that filter. Choosing Limited data clears risk filtering; choosing a risk level clears Limited data filtering. A table filtered to Critical can therefore show fewer companies than the portfolio summary. Avg Health Score averages companies with a numeric score; Limited data is not treated as zero. A company with limited evidence can also carry a manual risk flag, so risk counts and Limited data are not guaranteed to be mutually exclusive.

Use Spotlight

Expand or collapse Spotlight to review two lists, each showing up to five companies:
  • Needs Attention selects the lowest available numeric scores. Limited data companies are excluded from this list; use their dedicated filter.
  • Most Improved ranks positive score changes compared with the previous published scorecard from the same model revision. Its displayed number is the current score, not the size of the improvement.
Select a company in either list to open its detail. An empty Most Improved list can mean there is no comparable earlier score or no positive improvement; it does not prove that every company got worse.

Read and arrange the table

Select a company row to read its health details. Hover over numeric health or dimension scores for supporting values. N/A is different from zero; Manual beside a risk level indicates a saved override. Use Columns to show or hide registered columns. Trend, Flag Reason and CSAT Response Rate are optional columns. Dimension columns can be unavailable when the scoped scorecard has no value for them or the dimension is disabled. CSAT columns also depend on the tenant collecting CSAT and Engagement being available/enabled. Column visibility cannot create missing evidence. Use supported sortable headers to change order. Trend and CSAT columns are display-only. Some filters or available columns may differ between company scopes.

Export the matching list

Export CSV requests matching rows across pages, rather than only the currently loaded 50. The request is capped at 10,000 rows. If the matching count exceeds that, narrow the company filters and export smaller sets; do not treat a single file as a complete portfolio export. Check the resulting file’s fields and row count before sharing. Client Health is an internal MSP view; a CSV can contain internal scores and manual flag reasons. Exporting does not grant a Company user access to Client Health. An unavailable scorecard or failed export is not an empty successful report.

Troubleshoot missing results

Check company scope, type/role/company filters, risk and Limited data selections. A missing dimension can be unavailable or disabled. If the page reports No published Customer Success generation is available yet, follow Refresh Client Health scores. A load error does not mean the company has no health concerns.
