Read the summary

A numeric Health Score uses the published model and its available evidence. It is not an average of every number visible below. Hover over the score to see contributing dimensions and applied weights. The default model requires at least three scored dimensions and 40% evidence coverage for an overall numeric result. With insufficient evidence, the overall score card can be absent even when individual dimensions have useful values. N/A and Limited data are not zero scores. Risk Level is the calculated band unless a manual flag overrides it. The standard bands are Thriving from 80, Healthy from 60, At Risk from 40 and Critical below 40. Displayed scores are rounded, so a boundary value should be interpreted with its actual risk label. A manual risk flag changes the label, not the score. Standards Compliance, when available, is the Standards percentage recorded in the published scorecard. Other cards can be omitted when evidence is unavailable.

Inspect dimensions and drivers

Dimension Breakdown shows dimensions with a score or observed evidence. Read the score, applied weight, evidence coverage and metric values together. A 100 score with 0% applied weight does not contribute to the overall score. A displayed dimension may say Excluded from health score. Metrics shown as Disabled do not carry scoring weight. Some unavailable or entirely excluded dimensions are omitted; absence is not evidence of a healthy result. Percentages, days, currency and other units describe different measures and should not be compared as raw numbers. Top Negative Drivers identifies the dimensions creating the largest modeled score loss. The points are score impact, not money, ticket counts or proof of a specific fault. Open the relevant product area and check the underlying records before acting. A company can have driver information even when its evidence is insufficient for an overall numeric score.

Read the 180-day history

The Health Score Trend (180 days) uses published scorecards. Select Show Dimensions to add individual dimension lines and the legend; use Hide Dimensions to return to the overall line. Hover over the chart to inspect available values. A model revision creates a gap rather than connecting incompatible scores. Other missing values can also leave blank sections. A chart with no overall line can mean its historical overall scores are unavailable; adding dimension lines may reveal useful evidence. With too few history points, an empty-state message replaces the chart. An upward score is not proof that your latest intervention caused the change. Compare source freshness, model revision, enabled metrics and coverage as well as the values.

Compare the current Standards list

The Standards table below the score breakdown is read separately from current company deployment records. Its badge counts deployed items / all listed items. That raw item count is not the same calculation as applicable required checks or one-of-group scoring. The table can therefore differ from the saved Standards Compliance percentage because its timing and denominator differ. It is not automatically a score calculation error. Use the Standards matrix for current applicability, groups and deployment alignment. Where available, the table shows item, vendor, category, status and notes, plus an Open in Planner icon. Notes prefer the linked item’s public notes, falling back to private notes; they are not a guarantee that both note fields are shown. Category is hidden on narrow screens and Notes on smaller layouts. Open the linked Planner item for its full context. These table statuses are read-only here. To record a deployment, follow Update Standards deployments. To change a relationship risk label, follow Manage manual risk flags.

FAQs

Open the company from Client Health and review Dimension Breakdown, applied weights, evidence coverage and Top Negative Drivers.
There may be insufficient evidence for an overall numeric score, even though some dimensions have usable values.
No. Check its applied weight and whether it is excluded; a 0% weight contributes nothing.
They are modeled score impact, not financial loss or a count of incidents.
Yes. Individual dimensions can have evidence and impact information while the overall score remains unavailable.
A model revision intentionally separates comparable segments; missing score values can also leave gaps.
Historical overall scores can be unavailable. Try Show Dimensions and inspect coverage rather than treating the blank line as zero.
The list reads current records and counts deployed items out of all listed items; the scorecard uses a published snapshot and applicable required/group scoring.
No. It prefers public Planner notes and falls back to private notes. Open the linked item for full context.
No. Use the Standards matrix to update deployments.
Risk is based on the underlying score, while the displayed number is rounded. Also check for a Manual override.
