Save private working notes and review suggested tasks extracted from them.
Notes are a private scratchpad next to your task list. You can turn what you write, such as a call transcript, into suggested tasks. This guide is for MSP staff.
Go to Tasks > Notes in the workspace, or click the Notes tab in the side panel.
2
Type your notes
Type into the tab. It saves automatically after a short pause. The save indicator shows progress, or an error with a retry option. Switching tabs also saves anything pending.
3
Add more tabs
Click New notes tab. You can have up to 20 tabs.
4
Rename or delete a tab
Double-click a saved tab’s name, or open its actions menu and choose Rename. The same menu has Delete, which asks you to confirm before it removes the tab and everything in it.
Paste the text into a notes tab. To use only part of it, select that passage. Otherwise the current tab is used.
2
Click Create tasks from notes
AI reads the text and suggests tasks. If the tab is empty, you are asked to write some notes first.
3
Review the suggestions
Under Review suggested tasks, edit titles, priorities, and due dates. Untick anything you do not want.
AI suggestions from a synthetic operations-review transcript.
4
Add the tasks
Click Add tasks (the button shows the count). Only the ticked tasks are created, on your personal list. Nothing is created until you click it.
Check dates and scope before you add the tasks. For a transcript attached to a meeting, use the meeting’s Transcript & AI step. There you can review generated action items and assign them to staff.
