Read the current balance
Current identifies balance rows marked current by the imported data. A period can show its dates, an hourly rate when supplied, and the remaining balance. As of, when shown, gives a synchronization timestamp for the displayed balance data; it is not a promise of live usage tracking. The list summarizes current balance rows. The detail panel shows the individual rows and periods, so use it when you need to understand the breakdown.
When an hours or incidents progress bar is available, its filled portion represents usage. The text shows the remaining balance. Amber indicates less than 25% remaining; a negative remaining value is shown in red rather than being hidden.
Read previous periods
Scroll to History. Past rows are grouped by year, with their own dates and balances. A Past row is historical data; do not add its remaining balance to the current period unless your MSP confirms that the agreement carries it forward. If the detail-load warning appears, the panel may be showing only the list’s current summary. Resolve that warning before treating the history as complete.Ask about a discrepancy
Give your MSP the agreement name, period, displayed units and balance, and the As of time when available. Ask it to check recent time entries or usage and the provider’s balance calculation. Do not create a new agreement or assume a missing row means unlimited coverage.Frequently asked questions
