This guide is for MSP staff and company users who need to see which Huntress training assignments exist and how far along they are. The page is read-only.

Before you start

  • You need both Training read access and Security Awareness read access.
  • Your MSP must turn on Huntress SAT assignment sync and map the Huntress accounts to companies you can access.
  • For your own episodes, use Open your Huntress training.

Find an assignment

Open Security Training

Open Training > Training Menu > Security Training.

Click the Assignments tab

Training Status is the other tab. It shows learner status.

Check the company selector

Wait for the list to load.

Search and filter

Type in Search assignments, episodes, or companies…. The search also covers assignment descriptions. Use the status filter to choose All statuses, Draft, Staged, Launching, In progress, Completed, or Canceled.

Page through the list

Click Previous or Next to browse 25 rows at a time. Click View curriculum on a row to read its episodes.
Searching or changing the status returns you to page 1. Changing the company selector resets the search, status, page, and any open curriculum panel. The list is ordered by start date, newest first. It has no column sorting or date filter.

Read the summary and rows

The summary covers your whole company selection. Search and status filters change the table and its count, but not the summary. Each row shows Assignment, Company, Status, Episodes, Learner progress, and Schedule. Learner progress is a count and percentage of learners who completed, based on a completion date or progress of 100% or more. The page does not list individual learners.

Troubleshooting

This page does not run a sync, create or cancel assignments, enroll learners, send reminders, or export CSV. Company users can ask for changes through the Home AI Assistant. MSP staff make changes in Huntress. See the Huntress integration guide.
