Open Agreements or Contracts to review your service agreement records, available balances, and uploaded documents. Your MSP must enable this area and give you access. The name depends on the connected PSA: ConnectWise uses Agreements; Halo and Autotask use Contracts. If ConnectWise is also enabled, the portal uses Agreements.

Agreement terms and balances come from the connected provider. The portal’s document section holds the PDFs uploaded by your MSP. These screens do not create or edit the underlying PSA agreement, renew it, record a signature, or take a payment.
