Included fields
The CSV has a fixed set of columns:- Title, Status, Priority, and Due Date.
- Company, Run, Group, Device, and Location.
- Flagged, Public Notes, Private Notes, and Last Updated.
Check an unexpected export
- If only a portion of the results appears, check the loaded page and page-size setting.
- If the export is empty, wait for the List to finish loading and check filters.
- If the list or export fails, reload and report the problem to your MSP. A failed download is not evidence that the checks do not exist.
- If you need a presentation report, use the Reports workflows available to your role; a CSV is a data extract.
