Audience: Company users and MSP staff browsing shared resources. The resource hub is a page of documents, folders, and links organized by your MSP. Its title, sections, and contents are customizable. Your portal might call it Important Info, use another name, show it as Documentation > Hub, or use it in place of Overview.

Find a resource

Open the hub

Use the hub entry provided by your MSP or the Hub tab in Documentation when present. A standalone hub uses /documentation-hub; if the standalone placement is not enabled, that address returns to Documentation.

Browse sections or search

Open a section to see its resources. Use Search resources to search available resources. Enter at least two characters for the broader shared-document search results.Where available, use the type filters for Documents, Folders, or Links, and the Company scope filter to narrow the list. Clear filters if no items match.

Open the result

Select a document to read it, a folder to browse its documents, or a link to open its destination in a new tab. Section headings organize resources; they are not necessarily links.
The hub shows resources made available to your current company scope and role. A link to an external service may require a separate sign-in or permissions in that service.

The MSP controls whether the hub is enabled and where it appears. It may be a separate sidebar page, replace Overview, or be unavailable in your portal.
The MSP manages the hub’s layout and pinned content in Documentation settings. Ask them to add a resource or change its placement.
Your MSP can customize its title and layout. Look for the resource page they provide, such as Important Info.
Clear type and company filters, check your company selection, and try a short title or keyword. Shared-document search begins with at least two characters. Ask your MSP to confirm that the resource is shared with your role if it remains missing.
No. A hub link is a shortcut. The destination still enforces its own account and permission requirements.
