Audience: MSP staff and Company users with access to the Huntress Assignments tab. See Find Huntress training assignments for access prerequisites. Your MSP manages assignments and provider settings.

Open the curriculum

  1. Find the assignment under Training > Training Menu > Security Training > Assignments.
  2. Select View curriculum in that row’s Actions column. Clicking the assignment name is not the curriculum-opening control.
  3. Check the company, assignment name, description, and status at the top of the panel.
  4. Review Starts, Ends, Passing score, and Attempts, followed by Learner progress.
  5. Scroll through Episodes to read episode titles, descriptions, learning objectives, and any Unlocks on date.
  6. Close the panel when finished.
The panel displays the assignment already loaded in the list. Opening it does not request a new provider sync. The passing score and attempt limit at the top apply to the assignment information shown there; do not assume that every episode has the same requirements. Unlimited represents an unlimited attempt value. Not provided means no value was supplied. Learner progress is the aggregate completed-of-assigned figure. The panel does not contain a roster of learner names or a per-person completion history. Episode numbering follows the imported curriculum order, and the episode count is not a count of completed lessons.

Preview an episode

Select Preview episode on an available episode. It opens the supplied Huntress link in a new browser tab, where Huntress may require its own sign-in.
A preview may not record learner completion. For tracked learning, use the assigned Huntress training link provided for your account and follow the provider’s instructions. Opening a preview or reading this panel does not complete the assignment.
Under maintenance disables the preview. Preview unavailable can mean the link is absent or unusable, or the episode is a draft. An Unlocks on date is informational in this curriculum panel; preview availability is not proof that tracked learner access has unlocked. Personal library cards apply an additional unlock-date check. Do not rely on a preview button to change enrollment, save a score, issue a certificate, or bypass provider access. To find your own episode cards, see Open your Huntress training.

Missing episodes or incorrect details

Huntress has not returned any episodes for this assignment yet means no episodes are available in the loaded curriculum. Your MSP should check mapping and the assignment content sync. A missing description or passing score is missing provider information, not an instruction to skip training requirements. If details appear wrong, close the panel, reload the assignment list, and check the correct company and assignment again. Request help through the Home AI Assistant, including the assignment and episode names; review and confirm the prepared request. This panel does not edit dates, attempt limits, passing scores, or learner assignments.
