Open Agreements or Contracts, select the agreement row, and select Documents to find the PDFs your MSP uploaded for that record. Company users can open the documents they have permission to read. Uploading, replacing, and deleting documents are MSP tasks.

Open the right version

1

Confirm the agreement

Check the agreement name and company before switching to Documents.
2

Choose the year and version

Find the relevant year. Documents are grouped by agreement year, with the highest listed version first. Check the title, v version badge, upload date, and size when shown.Latest identifies the first listed version within that year. It does not prove that a document is signed, accepted, or the current legal agreement.
3

Open the PDF

Select the document’s Download icon and wait for the result. The portal opens a temporary file link in a new browser tab. Depending on browser settings, the PDF may display there or download.
4

Check the document

Confirm the document’s year, parties, version, and content before using it. Contact your MSP if it is missing pages or appears to be the wrong file.

Troubleshooting

Do not use a temporary download URL as a permanent document bookmark. Return to the agreement’s Documents tab for a fresh link.
