Read the summary
1
Check the project and Company
Check the project name and Company before interpreting its status, health, dates, or contacts. Status and health are separate indicators; neither replaces the underlying work and updates.
2
Read the narrative
Project Summary contains the project’s summary when available and enabled. Project Outcome contains the description maintained by the MSP. Use Show more to expand long text and Show less to collapse it.
3
Read the latest Weekly Summary
Review Completed, Coming Up, Risks & Concerns, and Decisions Needed when present. The summary is selected by its Week of date, not its last edit time. Open Updates for other weeks.
4
Follow the relevant detail
The top information bar can show Phase, Goal, and the next shared pending or in-progress milestone. What You’re Getting previews up to five deliverables; open Deliverables for the full available list and files. Respond to assigned requests in Decisions or Action Items.
Understand the different measures
A missing measure can mean it is disabled, not shared, unavailable, or zero. Completion at zero is not shown as a separate bar. Ticket visibility and display settings can affect the available counts. Ask your MSP when figures disagree; do not assume all progress bars should match.
Some small projects show one ticket directly above the summary, including its status, owner, description, hours, and optional Time Entries. Read those as ticket information. Available time-entry views and the separate time summary can differ from imported project totals.
Review dates and contacts
Details may show Type, Budget Type, PO Number, Started, Target Finish or Overdue, Deadline, and Last Sync. Deadline appears separately when it differs from Target Finish. These values depend on available project data and display settings. Last Sync describes a synchronization timestamp, not proof that every part of the workspace changed at that moment. Under Contacts, review Project Lead, Client Sponsor, and Additional Contact entries. Select an email or phone link to open your device’s email or calling application. The copy control beside a lead or sponsor copies the email address; it does not send a message. Custom fields may appear separately with the values your role can read. Not set means no displayed value, not that a requirement has been satisfied. Ask the MSP about missing fields, corrections, or access. MSP staff can edit the project narrative and maintain contacts.FAQs
