Open Agreements or Contracts in the sidebar to see your service agreements, their balances, and the PDFs your MSP uploaded. This page is for company users and MSP staff.

Before you start

  • Your MSP must turn this area on and give you the read agreements permission. If it is not in your sidebar, ask your MSP.
  • The name depends on your MSP’s PSA. ConnectWise uses Agreements. Halo and Autotask use Contracts. If ConnectWise is connected too, the portal says Agreements.
  • Terms and balances come from the PSA. The Documents tab holds PDFs uploaded in MSPortal.

Click Agreements or Contracts in the sidebar

The list shows the agreements for your company selection.

Click a row

A panel opens with Summary, Balances, and Documents tabs.
These screens do not create or edit the PSA agreement, renew it, record a signature, or take a payment.
