Update several products
- Open Budgets Menu > Products and check company scope.
- On the current page, tick only the intended rows. Work one page at a time; check the product names before proceeding.
- Open Actions (count Selected) > Bulk Edit.
- Tick the checkbox beside each field you intend to change, then provide its value. Unchecked fields stay unchanged.
- Choose Update Products. Refresh and inspect each affected product; partial failures can leave some rows updated and others unchanged.
Bulk Edit does not change names, SKUs, recurrence or company assignments. Use the single-product editor for name, SKU and billing changes.
Keep each operation on one loaded page. The current selection controls do not provide a dependable whole-catalog bulk operation. Changing pages or company context can make the selected count difficult to reconcile; clear the selection and explicitly select the intended visible rows again.
Delete one product
- Locate the exact product and open its row … > Delete.
- Read Delete product? and confirm Delete, or choose Cancel.
- Verify that the product disappeared after refresh.
Delete selected products
Select the intended visible rows, then choose Actions (count Selected) > Delete Selected. This currently starts deletion immediately, with no second confirmation dialog. Check the selection before choosing it. Use individual row deletion when you need a confirmation step for each product. Review the remaining list after a bulk deletion. A bulk request can partially succeed; do not assume every selected row was deleted because the menu closed. Related: Read the catalog, Create and edit products.Frequently asked questions
