Dashboard: Project Health Score
Overall Health combines four measures, excluding Cancelled work:Dashboard: Risk Matrix
The Risk Matrix excludes Completed and Cancelled work. High impact means High or Medium Business Value, or a selected-cadence cost above 10,000 in the selected currency.Dashboard: expected value and High Risk Items
EV by Status and EV by Quarter compare probability-adjusted Expected amounts with Planned selected-cadence costs. Completed contributes full expected cost and Cancelled is excluded. Select a bar to filter by that status or quarter. Quarter grouping uses an item’s due date, falling back to its start date when due date is absent. Items without either date can display under Q1 of the current year; that fallback is not evidence of a scheduled due date. Inspect the item dates when a quarter looks unexpected. High Risk Items shows up to five unfinished, non-cancelled items with positive selected-cadence costs, ranked by cost × (1 − probability). This ranking is different from the Risk Matrix’s quadrant rules. Select an item to narrow Analytics to it; open List View to inspect or edit the record.Pipeline: status and resources
Status Pipeline groups non-cancelled work into Not Started, Pending Approval, In Progress and Completed. Other statuses, such as On Hold, appear separately. Selecting a stage narrows the analysis. The connecting arrows illustrate status order; they are not historical conversion rates or proof that every item passed through each stage. Its Completion Rate is the unweighted completed share of non-cancelled work. Blocked Items counts On Hold items. Stage values and hours are selected-cadence cost and estimated effort. Resource Allocation groups estimated hours by quarter and status, excluding Cancelled work. Darker cells have more hours relative to the largest cell in the filtered chart. This is not technician availability or a capacity limit. Select a cell to filter by its quarter and status. No Hours Allocated can mean the matching work has zero estimated hours.Pipeline: Client Commitment Tracker
This panel groups the filtered work by company and shows up to ten companies, ordered by their selected-cadence cost. Its Committed amount sums that company’s Planner estimates, including statuses that remain in the filter. The label does not establish client approval or a signed commitment. Delivered sums costs on Completed items; Delivery Rate is Delivered divided by Committed, or zero when Committed is zero. Hours are still estimates. Upcoming counts unfinished, non-cancelled items due within the next 30 days. Selecting a company card narrows the analysis to that company within the current scope. The company badge uses a separate score: start at 100, subtract 10 per overdue item and 5 per unfinished item below 50% probability, then add 10 for delivery above 75% or subtract 20 for delivery below 25%. The result is limited to 0–100. Good is at least 75, Fair at least 50, and Poor below 50. This badge is not the Project Health gauge and does not verify delivered invoices or actual effort.Clear a chart selection
Choose Clear in the toolbar to remove the chart selection while keeping the other filters. If the selection produced no data, use Clear Filter. A second chart selection replaces the previous one; it does not create a permanent saved report or change the underlying work.FAQs
