Open My Meetings
- Open Calendar, then Calendar Menu > My Meetings.
- Check the top Company selector where available. My Meetings still follows that scope; it does not include every meeting from every company.
- Choose Upcoming Meetings or Past Meetings.
- Use Search meetings… to match a meeting title or company name. Open the filter icon for Companies, Attendees, Event Types and Status.
- Open a meeting title to read its dialog. Calendar Block rows are display-only and do not open a meeting editor.
Filter your results
Search matches titles and company names, not every note, location or attendee email. Multiple choices within a filter section are alternatives; different sections narrow results together. Attendee choices come from the available staff directory and are not a complete contact or guest-email picker. Filter selections take effect as you choose them. Apply Filters closes the drawer; closing it another way does not undo your selections. Use Reset or clear the selected filter chips to broaden results. Reset does not change the top Company selector. The Status section offers Scheduled, Confirmed, Completed, Canceled, Rescheduled and Pending Notes. Unlike the main Calendar grid, My Meetings does not automatically exclude Canceled records. The Upcoming/Past split still uses start time, whatever status you select. Changing the top Company scope returns to Upcoming and the first page and closes an open meeting dialog. Local search and filter selections can remain, so check them if the new scope appears empty. Results use pages of up to ten events. Change pages with the controls below the table. A column sort applies within the current page; use search and filters to find a meeting across the loaded personal results. On smaller screens, scroll the table horizontally to reach its remaining columns.Understand the summary counts
Read meetings and busy blocks
Meeting rows show their title, date/time, company, attendees, type and status. An attendee label can summarize additional people; inspect the full meeting details when you need the roster. Unknown means a display name could not be resolved, not necessarily that no attendee exists. A Calendar Block represents synchronized busy time rather than a separate editable MSPortal meeting. Its company can show N/A. A local Company filter can exclude such rows because they have no meeting-company value. To change the underlying busy event, use the appropriate source calendar or ask your MSP. These tables display dates using your browser’s time zone, which can differ from the main Calendar grid’s MSP-configured zone. Check the meeting’s explicit time zone and invitation when comparing the two. A recurring series appears as a meeting record here, rather than every occurrence being expanded into separate rows. Use the main Calendar to inspect occurrences on specific dates. Opening a meeting is separate from editing it. Additional controls depend on permission and meeting capabilities. Company administrator status alone does not let you edit or delete meetings. This page does not provide a table CSV export control.FAQs
