- Find the meeting, open its … menu and choose Open Meeting Page.

Check the details and attendees
The workspace shows company, meeting type, status, location and Purpose / Agenda. The date line shows the start date and start/end times. Open the meeting dialog or check the invitation for the full end date of a multi-day meeting. The workspace displays times in your browser’s time zone; the main Calendar grid uses the MSP-configured calendar time zone. Confirm the meeting’s explicit time zone when comparing them. Location can fall back to a company-office label when the page has no location value. Confirm the invitation or ask the organizer before assuming that label is the actual venue. Purpose / Agenda can show the meeting notes when a separate description is absent. The attendee list shows participant names or email addresses. It does not show attendance confirmation or provide attendee add/remove controls. The Internal/External headings are not a reliable classification of every guest: verify the actual names and invitation roster, rather than treating No external attendees as proof that no guests were invited.Read Public Notes
Use Public Notes in Meeting Notes. MSP staff can also have a Private Notes tab and, for meetings linked to a company, a QBR Log tab. Company users use the public-notes view. The QBR log is an internal company record, separate from the meeting’s public notes.Read the agenda and follow-up actions
Scroll to Meeting Agenda and expand an item by its row title to inspect available detail. See Read meeting agenda items for linked records, visibility counts and provider differences. Action Items are meeting follow-ups. They can show a description, priority, assignee, due date, notes and status. Completed items are shown with a completion icon and crossed-out text. A missing assignee label does not identify who should do the work; ask the MSP if ownership is unclear. An action item’s status is separate from the meeting’s status and from any linked ticket, budget or Planner record. A completed meeting action does not prove that a budget was approved or a ticket resolved. Do not change a status selector merely to inspect its meaning: selecting a status can save immediately.Read shared files
When attachments are available, File Attachments lists filenames with a Download control. Select Download and check your browser’s downloads. This downloads an attachment, not a meeting-wide PDF or CSV export. Choosing a file or dropping one in Click to upload starts an upload; Save Notes is not required. Delete is also a separate file action. Company users should use only the file actions their MSP has authorized. If you expected a file and the section is empty, ask your MSP to check the attachment, access and loading state. A blank list alone does not establish that no attachment exists.Distinguish reading from management
Present, Wrap-Up and Send Summary lead to separate workflows. You do not need them to read the workspace. Wrap-Up is an MSP option when enabled for the meeting type. Opening a destination does not establish that a summary was sent or a wrap-up completed. The workspace’s Status selector saves the selected meeting status immediately when permitted; it does not wait for Save Notes. Agenda dragging, visibility controls and removal can also save changes independently. The current Edit Meeting Details header button does not open an editor in the verified workflow. To request a schedule or attendee change, use the meeting dialog from Calendar/List View when permitted, or ask your MSP. Company administrator status alone does not grant meeting administration.FAQs
