Open the catalog
- Open Budgets from the sidebar.
- If available, choose Budgets Menu > Products. The direct page is
/budgets/products; access still depends on your role. - Check the company selector at the top. A company view includes that company’s products and shared products. MSP Global View can include products from several companies.
- Read the table and use its page controls to browse further. The catalog loads twenty products per page, with recently updated products first.
Read the fields
The table displays a dollar symbol but no per-row currency code. It does not convert prices between currencies. Confirm the intended currency when adding a product to a company budget.
Choose the next action
- Create or edit a product: maintain names, prices, categories and billing recurrence.
- Bulk edit or delete products: update selected fields or remove catalog entries.
- Import from Planner: create reusable products from eligible planning estimates.
- Import from Integrations: MSP staff can create or link catalog products from synchronized provider records.
- Add catalog products to a budget: open a budget editor, select products, review the proposed lines and Save.
Finding a missing product
The current catalog table has no working search, column filters, column sorting or CSV export control. Use the company selector and pagination. Search is available inside the separate import dialogs and the budget editor’s product picker. Check the company, remaining pages and whether the item was actually imported into the catalog. A product visible in an integration import dialog is not automatically a saved budget product. After a failed load, an empty list does not prove the company has no products; refresh and ask your MSP to check access if it persists.Frequently asked questions
