Add goals to Planner
- For one goal, open its row menu and choose Add to Planner. For several goals, select their checkboxes and choose Actions > Add to Planner.
- Use goals belonging to the same company. An organization goal without a company cannot use this transfer.
- Review the prepared Planner item. One selected goal supplies its title and description. Several selected goals prepare one Planner item with a combined description and links to the selected goals.
- Check the Planner item’s type, status, dates, effort/cost fields, linked records, custom fields, and Company visibility. The company is locked to the source goals’ company.
- Use the Planner dialog’s save action and wait for success. Closing the draft without saving does not create the item.
- Reopen the goal’s row menu and use View in Planner or the available linked items to review the saved item.
Add goals to a meeting
- Choose a goal’s Add to Meeting action, or select several goals and use Actions > Add to Meeting.
- For a bulk action, use goals belonging to the same company.
- Review the items to add and choose an existing upcoming meeting for that company.
- Check the selected meeting and its available agenda preview.
- Select Add to Agenda and wait for success.
- Open the meeting to confirm the added agenda items.
