Use the Company Overview to see a company’s tickets, devices, goals, meetings, and more on one page, and to spot what needs attention. It is for company users and MSP staff. What you see depends on your role and company access.

Before you start

  • Every signed-in user can open the overview. Each metric and widget appears only if your role can read that module.
  • Widgets also depend on your connected integrations and on whether data exists.
  • A company user sees only their own company. MSP staff can choose a company or an aggregate view.

Open the overview and choose a scope

Open Overview

Click Overview in the Planning section of the sidebar. The page title is Company Overview.

Open the company selector

MSP staff: click the company selector at the left of the top bar.

Choose a scope

Choose Global View for every company you can access, Assigned Companies for the companies assigned to you, or one company. Choosing one company opens that company’s overview and puts its name in the page.

Check the scope before you read the numbers

Look at the selector and the page header. Parent-company users can combine a parent and its child companies in one view.
If a company you expect is missing, ask your MSP to check your company access. Changing the address in your browser does not grant access.

Read the summary metrics

Find the summary cards

At the top of the page, the cards are grouped as Assets, Service, and People.

Read each card

Open a card

Click a card to open its module. The module opens in your current company scope. It may not apply the card’s exact condition, so set the filter you need there. For example, a warranty card opens Devices.

Use the widgets

Below the summary, widgets show a short preview of recent records. A widget’s count can be larger than the rows it shows. Click View All to open the full module. Widgets appear on their own, so the layout changes when some are missing.

Read Home dashboard previews

Branch preview: the new Home dashboard’s Ticket activity, Expiring warranties, and Projects & onboarding cards show the rows that fit without “+N more” footers. Headline totals describe the full scope. Use Open tickets, View devices, or View all to open the full records.

Read Account Notes (MSP staff)

Choose one company

Select a single company in the company selector.

Find Account Notes

Find the Account Notes widget. It shows recent notes and QBR log entries, with a count of open commitments.

Open a note

Click View All to open the company’s notes. A note linked to a meeting opens that meeting.
Account Notes are internal staff content. Company users never see this widget.

Check an unexpected result

Confirm the scope

Check the company selector first.

Open the module

Open the module behind the widget and check its filters and records.

Check the data source

Check that the integration behind the data is connected and syncing.

Ask your MSP

If it still looks wrong, ask your MSP to check permissions or sync.
A zero or an empty widget does not prove everything is healthy. Data can be missing or failed to load.
