Check the company scope
- Read the page title and current company selection before interpreting the figures.
- If a company selector is available, choose the company you intend to review.
- MSP staff with access can use Global View or Assigned View for an aggregate overview. These views still respect the user’s accessible companies.
- If your permitted scope includes a parent company and its children, check whether parent mode is selected. Its overview can combine those companies.
Read the summary metrics
Available metrics can include devices, expired or soon-expiring warranties, open tickets, upcoming meetings, customer satisfaction, active projects, training progress, users, and incomplete goals. Select a metric to open the relevant module. Check that module’s company scope and filters: the destination is not always filtered to the exact condition in the metric. For example, a warranty metric opens Devices, where you can investigate the relevant warranties. User-administration metrics and staff controls are not a way for Company administrators to manage users. Your MSP manages that access.Use the widgets
Widgets show a short selection of records, not a complete list. Use View all when available to open the full module. A widget’s count can be larger than the number of preview rows.
Widgets appear independently based on module permission, integration, and data. Their arrangement can change when some are absent or reduced to a compact empty state.
Staff account notes
In an individual company view, permitted MSP staff can see Account Notes with recent notes or QBR entries. View all opens the company’s notes settings. An entry linked to a meeting opens that meeting; another note can open the notes area. Account notes are internal staff content. They are not Company-facing shared documents, and this widget does not give Company users access to them.Check an unexpected result
If a count looks wrong or a widget is missing:- Confirm the company or aggregate scope.
- Open the underlying module and check its filters and available records.
- Check whether the relevant integration or source data is available.
- Ask your MSP to check permissions, synchronization, or a load failure if the mismatch persists.
