Use the column filters on the Cloud > Posture overview to find companies by score. This page is for MSP staff and company users who see more than one company.

Before you start

  • You need Cloud read access (the Cloud resource with Read access in the role editor).
  • The overview table appears only when more than one company is selected in the top bar. With one company selected, the page shows that company’s details directly and has no filters.
  • The table shows 20 snapshots per page.

Narrow the overview

Open Cloud > Posture

Click Cloud in the sidebar. The Posture tab opens first. Select Global View or Assigned Companies in the top bar.

Pick companies

Open the filter under the Company column heading. Search for a company, then check the companies you want. Checking a company here keeps the overview table.

Pick a provider

If a Provider column is shown, open its filter and check Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.

Pick a score band

Open the filter under the Secure score column heading and choose 80% and above, 50-79%, or Below 50%. Choose All to remove the filter.

Score bands narrow the stored percentages. Check the provider before you compare scores.

Read the results

The table reloads from page 1. Use the page controls under the table to see more.
Filters in different columns must all match. Within Company or Provider, a row matches any checked option. The Provider column disappears when the results hold only one provider. Clear Filters removes the column filters. It does not change the company selector or your access. The table shows the score as a whole percentage, but the band filter uses the exact value. A score that shows 80% can sit in the 50-79% band. Open the details to see the exact points.

Open a result

  • Click a Google Workspace row to open its checks in a dialog. Close it to return to the list.
  • Click a Microsoft 365 row, or its score bar, to open Secure Score for that company.
  • Click an MFA, Domains, or Devices percentage to open that company’s Current Posture.

What the overview cannot do

  • It has no filter for Snapshot date, Checks, Last synced, MFA, Domains, or Devices.
  • It cannot be sorted and has no CSV export.
  • Columns > Save Changes only changes which columns you see.
