Open the detail panel
- Open Security > Endpoints and find the device.
- Select its row, avoiding the selection checkbox.
- Confirm the device name, company, and source at the top of the side panel.
- Read the sections below and scroll for additional details.
- Close the panel when finished. Opening or closing it does not change the endpoint.
General and provider information
General can show Device Name, Hostname, Company, OS, OS Version, Architecture, IP Addresses, Source, and Last Seen. Not every provider supplies every field. For Cork records, Integration shows the integration source, integration identifier, and external device ID when supplied. Identifiers contains technical record identifiers that your MSP can use to match records. There is no need to enter those identifiers to use the reader. For Acronis records:- The status badges distinguish Online/Offline from Protection Status. A device can be online without being protected.
- Acronis Agent can show Agent Version, Protection Status, Auto Update, and Registered.
- Auto Update is a reported setting, not a switch you can change here.
- The current OS Version field can contain the Acronis agent version. Do not use it as proof of the installed operating-system version.
- Last Seen currently repeats registration date. Use the separate online state and authorized provider checks to investigate recent connectivity.
Available backup information
An Acronis Backup section can show Last Backup Status, Last Backup Time, and Backup Size. It appears only when the imported row includes a backup status or nonzero size. A missing section, omitted zero size, or absent date does not prove no backup exists. These are imported summary values. The panel has no restore, backup-now, protection-change, or agent-update action. For more backup context, see device backups and backup activity and details.Request help
Start a Company support request through the Home AI Assistant. Include the device, company, source, field label, and displayed value. Review and confirm the request rather than assuming that viewing the panel created a ticket. MSP staff should match the provider record and confirm freshness before making a change in the authorized management system. Reading this panel does not update the provider or the separate Devices inventory.Frequently asked questions
