The Users tab lists every identity across every connected Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenant on one table. Search a person by name or email and find them regardless of which platform their company runs.

Accessing Cloud Users

  1. Click Cloud in the sidebar
  2. Select the Users tab

What the Table Shows

Show any hidden column from the column visibility control above the table.

2-Step Verification

For Google Workspace users this column reports Google’s own account state: Microsoft 365 rows show Not available in this column. Microsoft multi-factor coverage is reported through Secure Score instead, on the Cloud Posture tab.
Filter to Google Workspace and sort by 2-step verification to produce the exact list of accounts behind the 2-step verification checks in the posture score.

Licenses

The Licenses column shows the first two license badges inline. When a user holds more than two, a +N more badge appears at the end. Users with nothing assigned show No licenses.
No licenses combined with Status = Enabled is a common finding: an active account nobody is paying for, which is either an unlicensed service account or a person who cannot actually use the platform.

Searching and Filtering

  • Search matches names, email addresses, domains, and company names
  • Cloud provider narrows to one platform or shows both
  • Company is a multi-select column filter, hidden automatically when you are already scoped to one company
  • Tables load 50 rows per page

Common Use Cases

2-step verification gaps

Filter to Google Workspace and review the 2-step verification column to find the specific accounts lowering the posture score.

License reclamation

Filter by Status = Disabled and look for rows that still carry license badges. Those are seats you can recover.

Offboarding verification

Search a departed employee by name across both platforms to confirm the account is disabled and stripped of licenses everywhere.

Administrator audit

Show the Account type column and review every Administrator across all clients in one pass.

Company Scoping

The page follows the global company selector. Select a single company to see only that client’s identities, or view every connected tenant at once. Company users who sign in to the portal see only their own organization.

Permissions

Viewing the Users tab requires the Microsoft 365 read permission (read_m365), which also governs the other Cloud tabs.
