Use this page to add Cork compliance events, vulnerabilities, or endpoints to the agenda of an upcoming meeting. It is for MSP staff who prepare meetings. EDR incidents use a separate flow.

Before you start

  • You need Security read access and Calendar write access (one of the manage or write permissions for meetings or the calendar). Your MSP manages roles.
  • The meeting must already exist and start in the future. This flow does not create meetings.
  • The findings must belong to one company.

Add findings to a meeting

1

Open the findings

Open Security > Compliance, Security > Vulnerabilities, or Security > Endpoints.
2

Select rows from one company

Check the box beside each finding you want to discuss. If the selection mixes companies, MSPortal shows Please select items from the same company.
3

Choose Add to Meeting

Open Actions (N) in the page header and choose Add to Meeting.
4

Check the items

In the Add to Meeting Agenda dialog, review Items to add and the company name beside the title.
5

Select the meeting

Open Select Meeting and pick an upcoming meeting. The list is sorted by start time.
6

Review the agenda

Read Current Agenda to see what is already on the meeting. It shows No items in agenda yet when the agenda is empty.
7

Save

Click Add to Agenda. MSPortal shows Added to meeting agenda and clears your selection.
Each selected finding becomes one agenda entry. Adding a finding does not resolve it or change anything in Cork. On Security > Endpoints, a Cork row is added as a Cork endpoint entry. An Acronis row is added as a text entry with its name and source, because Acronis rows are not Cork endpoints.
