Find a cloud account by name or email, include disabled accounts, and combine company, directory, and license filters.
Use the column filters on Cloud > Users to find a Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace account. This page is for MSP staff and company users who can see the Users tab.
Click Cloud in the sidebar, then click the Users tab. Check the company selector in the top bar.

Type a name or email
Type in the filter box under the Name column heading to match the display name. Use the box under Email to match an email address or sign-in name. Case does not matter.

Narrow by provider or company
If the Provider or Company columns are shown, open their filters and check the options you want.

Read the results
The table reloads from page 1. Use the next and previous page controls under the table to see more.
If the Name cell shows an email because the account has no display name, filter by Email instead.
Choose Disabled to see only disabled accounts. Choose All to see both.
Status starts on Enabled.

Keep your other filters
Leave the company, provider, and license filters as they are.
Clear Filters removes every column filter, including Status = Enabled. It does not change the company selector. Select Enabled again if you want that view back.
Matches the email address or the sign-in name. A domain fragment such as @contoso.com works.
Provider
Check Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or both. Shown only when your scope has more than one provider.
Company
Check one or more companies. Hidden when one company is selected.
Office
Pick from the offices found in your scope.
Department
Hidden by default. Show it with Columns, then use its filter.
Job title
Hidden by default. Show it with Columns, then type in its filter.
Account type
Pick a directory type. Shown only when your scope has more than one type.
Status
Enabled, Disabled, or All.
Licenses
Pick one or more license names. A user matches when they hold at least one of them.
A row must match every active filter. Within one filter, a row can match any checked option. If you check two licenses, users with either one match. To see exact license sets, use By combination.License count, 2-step verification, and the date columns have no filters. The table cannot be sorted. To sort, export the users and use a spreadsheet.
