Find an account
- Confirm the company selector in the top bar.
- Type a display name into the Name column’s Filter… field, or use Email for an email address or sign-in name.
- Check the Provider and Company filters where they are shown.
- Wait for the result count and rows to update. Filtering searches the matching dataset across list pages and returns you to the first page.
- Use Previous and Next for more results. The table loads 50 users per page.
Show disabled accounts
- Open the Status filter in the table header.
- Select Disabled to review stored disabled accounts, or All to include both statuses.
- Keep any company, provider, or license filters that are relevant to your review.
Status begins at Enabled. Select Disabled or All to include accounts omitted from the initial view.
Combine filters
If you cannot find someone
Select Status = All, clear column filters, and confirm the top-bar company scope. Search using Email when the display name is missing or changed. If the person is still absent, ask your MSP to check the provider connection, company mapping, synchronization, and your permissions. An empty result is not proof that the provider account was deleted.FAQs
