Find a participant
- Open Security > Security Awareness and select a HootPhish challenge.
- Scroll below the challenge list and confirm the selected challenge name and start date.
- Read the Participants, Completed, Succeeded, and Failed summary cards.
- Use Search participants to match the person’s name, leaderboard name, email, or source participant identifier.
- Browse the participant pages using Previous page and Next page. Each page contains up to 25 results.
- Read the person’s Result, Score, Rank, and Time. A narrow screen shows the same results as cards.
Interpret a result
Completed, Succeeded, and Failed are separate imported counts. Do not assume that Completed equals Succeeded, or that their totals cover every participant state. The Result badge displays the supplied result, falling back to participant status when needed. Recognized pass and fail values receive corresponding colors; other labels can have a neutral badge. Read the text rather than assuming a neutral badge means Pending or a pass. Score is the reported participant score. Rank appears with a number sign. Time shows minutes and seconds, such as 2:05. Missing values display Not provided. The list is ordered by rank, then score and name; there is no interactive result filter, column sorting, or CSV export. Rows are read-only. They do not open a learner editor, replay a challenge, change a result, or show a full history of every training activity.Check the selection before following up
Selecting a challenge explicitly clears the participant search. Changing challenge filters or company scope can automatically choose another challenge while retaining the search text. If results unexpectedly disappear, confirm the challenge name and clear Search participants. For Participant results could not be loaded, select Try again in the participant section. It retries those results. For No participant results found, check the search, selected challenge, company scope, and provider sync with your MSP. Neither message proves that nobody took the challenge. To request help, start with the Home AI Assistant. Include the company, challenge, and participant result you need reviewed, then review and confirm the request. Your MSP should check the original provider evidence before arranging corrective training or account changes.Frequently asked questions
