Use this page to read the learner results for one HootPhish challenge. It is for company users and MSP staff.

Before you start

Find a participant

Select a challenge

Open Security > Security Awareness, click HootPhish challenges, and click a challenge name.

Check the challenge

Scroll below the challenge list. Confirm the challenge name and the Started date.

Read the summary cards

Participants, Completed, Succeeded, and Failed show the totals for the whole challenge.

Search participants

Type in Search participants. It matches the person’s name, leaderboard name, email, or CyberHoot participant ID.

Read the results

The table lists Participant, Result, Score, Rank, and Time. Use Previous page and Next page for more. Each page holds up to 25 results, ordered by rank, then score, then name. Small screens show cards instead of a table.
Searching changes the rows and their count. It does not change the four summary cards.

Read a result

  • Completed, Succeeded, and Failed are separate counts. Completed does not equal Succeeded, and the three need not add up to the total.
  • Result shows the result CyberHoot supplied, or the participant status if there is no result. Recognized pass and fail values get a green or red badge. Other values get a gray badge, so read the text.
  • Score is the participant’s score. Rank shows with a number sign, like #3. Time shows minutes and seconds, like 2:05.
  • Not provided means CyberHoot sent no value. It appears in Result when the participant has neither a result nor a status.
Rows are read-only. You cannot change a result, resend a challenge, or export a CSV here.
