Use this page to read CyberHoot results for your companies. It is for company users and MSP staff.

Before you start

  • You need the Security Awareness read permission. It is separate from Security read access.
  • Your MSP must connect CyberHoot and map its customers to companies. See Enable the CyberHoot integration.
  • If you have more than one awareness integration, Security Awareness shows a tab for each. Choose CyberHoot.

Review your companies

Open Security Awareness

Open Security > Security Awareness and check the company selector. If a CyberHoot tab is shown, select it.

Read the summary cards

The cards at the top cover every mapped company in your selection. See the table below.

Find your company in the table

Each row shows the company name, with the CyberHoot customer name underneath, then Hoot Score, HootRank, and the compliance percentages. Use the column filters to narrow the list, and choose 25, 50, or 100 rows per page at the bottom.

Show or hide columns

Use the column menu above the table to show or hide columns when the table is too wide.

Check the sync time

Last synced above the table shows the latest sync time among the companies shown.

Read the summary cards

The cards cover every mapped company in your selection and do not change when you filter the table.

Read the compliance columns

The table separates Policy compliance, Video compliance, Survey compliance, Phishing compliance, ZAC foundational compliance, ZAC training compliance, Required CustomHoot compliance, and Optional CustomHoot compliance. Read the column name and company before you compare values. Hoot Score is a score. HootRank is the rank label from CyberHoot. A dash means CyberHoot supplied no value. It does not mean 0%. No. It averages the company percentages equally and leaves out missing values.
No. It is the latest sync time among the companies shown. Others can be older.
No. It reloads the data MSPortal already has. Your MSP manages the CyberHoot sync.
