Open Cloud > Licenses to review the license records synchronized for your company. The inventory supports Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Adobe; the rows you see depend on connected services and your access. Audience: Company users with access to the relevant cloud data and MSP staff. Company users should ask their MSP to change access, assignments, or subscriptions.

Open your license inventory

  1. Open Cloud, then select the Licenses header tab.
  2. If you can choose companies, select the company you want to review in the top bar.
  3. Keep the Licenses view selected below the summary. Use the License column filter to find a name or SKU code.
  4. Review Assigned, Purchased, Available, and Renews / Expires. Check Last synced through Columns when freshness matters.

Understand each provider

Google’s capacity columns show Unavailable, not zero. In its detail panel those counts use a dash. Verify purchased Google seats with your MSP or provider subscription records.
These are synchronized records, not a live billing statement. A license assignment does not prove recent use of the application or establish the price being charged.

Read the table and summary

The summary counts matching license records across list pages, not unique people. Licenses can include the same SKU at several companies. Assigned includes Google assignments, while Purchased and Available exclude licenses with unknown capacity.
For a capacity review, select one company and one provider. Use the individual row counts. A combined Microsoft/Google summary percentage can be misleading because its assignment total includes Google while its purchased total does not. A 100% bar also cannot show whether assignments exceed purchased capacity; compare the numbers.
The summary disappears when you apply a License, Product, or Status column filter. Clear those filters to see it again. Company, provider, and the three inventory switches update the summary; changing display order with Show SKU does not change totals.

Access and next actions

Your MSP controls your role and company access. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace license rows require Read Microsoft 365 access. Adobe rows require Read Storefront access. A user with only Adobe access can see the license inventory without the other Cloud tabs or assignment breakdowns. This page does not assign, remove, purchase, or cancel licenses. Company users can open a support ticket to request a change, or use the Storefront where their MSP has enabled the appropriate purchase workflow. MSP staff can review connected services in Settings > Integrations. Check the relevant company mapping and synchronization status before interpreting missing or stale data. This inventory has no Sync now button, and simply switching away and back may reuse cached results.

FAQs

Yes. Adobe subscription rows appear when Adobe data is synchronized and your role has Storefront read access. Adobe does not provide the assigned-user drill-down used by Microsoft and Google here.
The Google assignment dataset reports users holding licenses but does not provide purchased seat capacity. Unavailable is not zero. Ask your MSP to check the subscription records for purchased quantities.
No. It reports synchronized assignments or usage quantities, not application sign-in activity. One person with several licenses is counted on each applicable license row.
Not necessarily. The displayed row percentage is capped at 100%, and the combined summary can include assignments whose capacity is unknown. Select one company and provider, compare Assigned with Purchased, and confirm with your MSP before making a purchase decision.
Adobe inventory access uses the Storefront read permission. The other Cloud tabs and Microsoft/Google assignment breakdowns require Microsoft 365 read access. Ask your MSP if you need additional access.
A date appears only when synchronized subscription data supplies it. A Microsoft SKU can combine subscriptions and show the earliest available renewal date; Google assignment rows do not supply renewal dates here. Check the subscription record before arranging a renewal.
No. Cloud Licenses is an inventory and review page. Request the change through your MSP, or use an enabled Storefront workflow. Selecting a row or changing a filter does not change the subscription.
The summary is hidden when a License, Product, or Status column filter is active. Clear those filters to restore it; the table remains filtered independently.
