- You have Backup read access.
- Kaseya SaaS Protection or Spanning Backup is connected, its feature is turned on for your account, and its customers are mapped to companies.
- The company selector shows the companies you want.

Open Microsoft 365
Go to Backup > Microsoft 365.

Choose the provider
When several providers have data, choose SaaS Protection for Kaseya or Spanning Backup. With one provider, its report opens directly.

Check the scope
Confirm the companies in scope. The header shows how many customers are included.

Expand Overall backup health
Open Overall backup health to see Workload health.

Expand Backup result trend
Open Backup result trend, then read Customer backup health below it.
Read coverage and status
Backed up in the last 24 hours compares backed-up services with active services in the imported snapshot. The percentage weights each customer by its active services. It is not an average of company percentages. Kaseya also shows Services in initial backup. Its workload statuses read as follows.
Spanning uses its own reported workload health and has no initial-backup metric. Do not apply Kaseya’s thresholds to Spanning.
Check individual customer and workload rows even when the overall label is Healthy, because a workload can still have no data. A percentage from an old snapshot does not show current protection.
Last 100% successful backup is the most recent date every active workload in scope was fully protected. Customers without a date need a separate check. Last synced shows when the data was imported, not when a backup ran.

Pick the trend range
Kaseya offers 10 days and 30 days. Spanning always shows 7 days.

Read the lines
Hover a point to read its percentage. The lines combine successful-service coverage by workload and day. A line drawn across a gap does not prove a backup ran in it.

Read Customer backup health
The table lists each company with its mapped provider customer, Health, a ratio per workload and Last full success. Kaseya also shows Initial. On a narrow screen, scroll the table sideways.
Refresh the report
Select Refresh to reload the imported report. It does not start a provider sync, run a backup or repair a failed service. Check the dates after you refresh.Troubleshooting
