The Devices area can include Networks and Configurations alongside the device inventory. These tabs depend on your portal’s integrations, the selected company scope, and the available data.
For Company users and MSP staff with access to Devices. The MSP configures integrations and company mappings. Company users can read available information but do not manage collector location links or open MSP-only provider shortcuts.

Check site networks

Open Networks

Select Devices > Networks. This tab is available when the portal uses Domotz.

Find the site

Confirm the company scope. Use available table filters to find the Site, Company, or Location you need. Review the site name together with its organization.

Read the measurements

Check Download, Upload, Uptime, Devices online, and Last synced. A dash means a measurement is unavailable, not zero.

Review reported issues

Use Issues to distinguish Healthy from Has issues. Where an issue-count tooltip is available, it breaks down IP conflicts, failing TCP sensors, active alerts, and devices with packet loss.

Open the inventory

Select the Devices online count to open the device inventory for the company and linked location. If no location is linked, the destination is scoped to the company.
The row’s Download and Upload values are reported network measurements; opening this page does not run a speed test from your browser. A download average may appear below the latest value. Networks / VLANs shows the available network and VLAN counts. Healthy means the displayed issue categories have no counted issues in the available data. It is not a complete security assessment or a guarantee of current connectivity. Check Last synced and report unexpected readings to your provider. MSP staff with device-management permission and available editing access can select Edit in the Location column, then choose an existing company location. Selecting a location saves the link immediately; there is no separate page-level Save. Remove link, when available, saves the unlinking immediately. Canceling the picker before choosing an option makes no new selection. If a location is missing, the MSP should review company mapping and available locations. Company users request these changes from their provider.

Read IT Glue configurations

  1. Open Devices > Configurations when the tab is available.
  2. Confirm the selected company scope and use the Name filter to find a configuration. A Company filter is available in a view spanning multiple companies.
  3. Review Type, Hostname, Primary IP, Serial Number, and Updated. Use the column selector for additional available fields such as manufacturer, model, and location.
  4. Use pagination to continue through matching configurations.
This tab lists IT Glue configurations that have not resolved to an existing device. It is not a second complete copy of the device inventory. For a configuration already linked to a device, open that device’s IT Glue tab instead. MSP staff can open a configuration’s source link when one is supplied. Company users see its name as text; provider administration remains with the MSP. The list itself has no configuration-editing or device-import action.

Tabs depend on integrations, data, company scope, and permissions. Duplicates is restricted to MSP staff with device-management access. Ask your provider to review your intended access.
No. It displays measurements reported through Domotz. Check the reported values and synchronization date.
No. It means no issues are counted in the displayed categories for the available data. It does not establish that every service or security control has been checked.
The link uses a location filter when a location is linked. Without that link, it opens the company inventory. The MSP can review the collector’s location mapping.
No. The location editor is for authorized MSP staff. Request the mapping change from your provider.

This list requests configurations that are not linked to an existing device. Open the device’s IT Glue tab to inspect its linked documentation.
The list is for reviewing configuration information. It does not provide an edit or import action. Ask the MSP about source corrections, integration mappings, and device imports.
