Common Use Cases
Verification sweep
Review the Verification column across all clients to find unverified domains, which are usually resolved with a single DNS record.
Migration cleanup
After a client migration or rebrand, find old domains still attached to the tenant that should be removed.
Primary domain check
Confirm each client’s primary domain matches the address they actually send mail from.
Posture remediation
When the Google Workspace Verified domains check flags a gap, this tab names the specific domain to fix.
Company Scoping
The page follows the global company selector. Select a single company to review that client’s domains, or view every connected tenant at once. Company users who sign in to the portal see only their own organization.Permissions
Viewing the Domains tab requires the Microsoft 365 read permission (read_m365), which also governs the other Cloud tabs.
